Ensure that we have accurate records for relevant and required training, and KPI"s in place for our workers. Ensure that our conversations are two ways, both listening and speaking. Provide mentors within our workgroups.
What will you do to create a safe physical and mental environment?
We will hold regular meetings with our workers so they can let us know of their physical and mental capacity, where we can learn and improve our processes based on our workers recommendations. We will provide external services and health programs.
What will you do to make sure that clear and relevant information flows through your organisation?
