I will be involved with the dissemination of critical safety information to everyone on the team. I will lead by example by always putting safety first.

I will allocate resources and enthusiasm to ensure we maintain and continually develop our safe work practices and policies

What will you do to ensure that your workers have the skills and attitudes to work safely?

I will train and encourage the team to take safety as the priority task in their day to day work

What will you do to create a safe physical and mental environment?

I will ensure that reminders and joggers on the correct way to ensure our workplace is safe, both physical and mentally, are abundant.

What will you do to make sure that clear and relevant information flows through your organisation?

I will ensure a culture of continual improvement exists - always seeking was to do work safer and more efficiently. I will encourage disclosure of inadequacies and reward improvements, not unduly punish issues raised.
