Consult with stakeholder's, colleague's and worker's to share information. Provide clear and consistent information, procedure's and safety documents. Follow industry codes of practice and guidelines.

Continual improvement and and review of safety practices. Monitor changes to industry standards. Risk Assessments for each project prior to commencement of work and during the project. Ensure staff have relevant training and experience.
What will you do to ensure that your workers have the skills and attitudes to work safely?
Provide training, safety meetings and written information about safety practices. Consult with workers regularly and provide opportunity for discussions outside of the workplace. Refresher information provided on best practices.
What will you do to create a safe physical and mental environment?
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings regularly. Have a dedicated WHS management plan in place. Keep communication open between management, workers and people with shared interests. Encourage workers to prioritise mental health.

Regular toolbox talks and site meetings. Include all staff in discussions and information sessions when providing information. Provide all workers with hard copies of company policies. Encourage open communication across all levels of staff.
