I will make the financial and professional development commitments to ensure a safe working environment. I will lead by example and acknowledge staff who maintain a safe environment.

What will you do to make sure your business has the capability to put in place safe systems, procedures and policies?

I will develop safe procedures for working. I will dedicate resources to safety. I will induct all staff to the business safety procedures.

What will you do to ensure that your workers have the skills and attitudes to work safely?

I will train all staff to work safely. I will ensure staff are working in a safe manner and adhering to safety. I will have signs and reminders to assist in staff and clients adhere to safety.

What will you do to create a safe physical and mental environment?

I will ensure all our services and resources used in the business are safe. I will ensure all staff support each other in ensuring appropriate breaks are taken. I will ensure workers will have the opportunity to develop safety and first aid skills.

What will you do to make sure that clear and relevant information flows through your organisation?

I will meet and discuss with staff re: safety through meetings and emails. Staff will be allocated tasks to maintain safety.
