What will you do to make sure your business has the capability to put in place safe systems, procedures and policies?
Devoted resource allocation for annual review of WH&S system (incl. documentation, consultation) and monitoring effectiveness of completion of WH&S processes – ie. safety prevention (Risk Assessments), implementation of control mechanisms and trends
What will you do to ensure that your workers have the skills and attitudes to work safely?
Continue development and implementation of Initial and ongoing WH&S awareness training for new and existing employees enabling all Management and employees to be fully informed of the heightened safety expectations within each working environment
What will you do to create a safe physical and mental environment?
Continuous availability of resources (including training, consultation, support and WH&S system) for all Directors, Management and employees, ensuring an understanding of responsibilities and accessible contribution mechanisms
What will you do to make sure that clear and relevant information flows through your organisation?
Continued WH&S consultation through scheduled Meetings where all Management and employees are encouraged to engage in such discussions in an open and supportive forum
